5Acceptable Use Restrictions

Users are prohibited from:

• ✕Attempting to manipulate, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• ✕Using the Platform for misleading, fraudulent, or criminal purposes
• ✕Uploading harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
• ✕Using automated tools to extract Platform data without permission
• ✕Interfering with Platform security, operations, or other users' work

6Intellectual Property

All content, software, databases, text, graphics, trademarks, and designs associated with Equinova are the exclusive property of Equinova FZE. No part of the Platform may be copied, modified, republished, resold, or exploited without prior written consent.

7Liability and Risk Disclaimer

By using Equinova, users acknowledge and agree that:

• Equinova does not control or supervise real-world equine activities
• Equinova is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses related to horse management
• Users are solely responsible for decisions made using the Platform data
• Users must comply with relevant equine safety regulations and maintain adequate insurance

This clause complies with UAE civil law, United States Equine Activity Liability Acts, and international common law principles.

8Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Equinova does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system updates, or external events.

9Termination of Account

Equinova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Users may also cancel their accounts or subscriptions as defined in the Subscription Terms.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

International users may be entitled to additional consumer protections based on local laws, such as CCPA (California), GDPR (EU), or UK Data Protection Act.

11Changes to Terms

Equinova may amend these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
